Located at 7601 Castor Ave Ste 300/ 3rd floor, Philadelphia, PA 19152, Periodontics Implant Dentistry operates as a dental implant serving Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. In Philadelphia, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Pennsylvania, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
The business lists hours on 4 days of the week. Typical hours are 8:30 amβ5 pm. It is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Periodontics Implant Dentistry at (215) 722-4290; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, philaperioimplants.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 133 reviews, which is a strong result for a dental implant in Philadelphia and suggests consistent service.
Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Philadelphia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This practice is different and I mean that in the best way possible! My time in the waiting area was minimal and at each step I felt like I was handled with care. Dr. Fuji completed an examination and then explained my options and never rushed. I appreciate that!

Do not use! Halfway through my dental implant procedure I was given a CT Scan. They wanted to charge me $450 without billing my insurance and did not include it in the EOB for services they would provide. When I called my insurance company they said it was covered at 80% so I would only owe $90. They did this in the first part of the procedure (extraction and bone graft) and I agreed to pay the amount of almost $600 because it was an emergency extraction and they did not have time to get an EOB, despite the fact that my husband had already had an implant done there and the bone graft was covered 100%. So they owe me a refund, for a procedure I had in October 2025, and as of May 2026 I have yet to receive that refund. However, the final straw was when the EOB came back for the implant itself,, and it stated that for the procedure I would have to pay $434. However, they kept insisting that I would have to pay $860 for them to place the implant, and if I overpaid I would then get a refund. It is illegal for an in network provider to charge you more than what the EOB says you are responsible for. I donβt know what scam they are trying to pull, but do not use this office!!!

Dr. Fuji and his entire staff were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Dr. Fuji demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and showed genuine concern for my condition and the best course of treatment. He clearly explained both the best-case and worst-case scenarios, which made it easy to understand my situation and confidently move forward with his recommendation. The entire staff, from the front desk to the back office, are Class A professionals. They are courteous, extremely polite, patient, and an absolute pleasure to meet. They make the experience completely stress free, so you donβt have to worry about a thing. Can you see another periodontist? Of course you can. But if you want the best of the best, Dr. Tom Fuji is your man, heβs your ace. I highly recommend giving him a call. You wonβt be disappointed. Guaranteed. ππΎβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
